A private wilderness club on rugged Ontario crown land. Hunt, fish, ride, camp, and build traditions—your way. One Steward organizes. The crew shows up. Season after season.
Grimsthorpe Lake Club sits on 100 private acres backed by a Crown land buffer in Ontario's rugged bush country.
The infrastructure is built to last and designed to stay out of your way.
Solar-Powered Cabin & Camps
Separate Sleeping Quarters & Working Kitchen
GPS-Tracked Trails & WiFi to Blinds
Satellite Comms & Filtered Water
Four seasons. No off-season. Spring ice-out for walleye. Long summer weeks under canvas. Fall
hunts when the bush turns gold. Winter bushcraft and ice fishing when the lake goes still. Whatever brings your crew out, the land delivers year-round.
This is not a public resort. There is no open sign-up. A Steward organizes the crew, books through a private club app
that handles coordination, tracks gear, and keeps everyone connected between trips.
Same crew, same land, better every time. Grimsthorpe Lake is the flagship property, the first in a planned network of
wilderness clubs. The model starts here.

What Brings the Crew Back
Six ways to use the land—pick one or do them all.
Hunting
Hunting
WiFi-equipped blinds, waterfowl boats, and sightlines that earn their reputation year after year. Your crew's favourite spots get pinned in the app and reserved for next season before you leave. Built for those who respect the sport and the land.
Angling
Fishing
Bass, walleye, and pike—the lake delivers across all four seasons. Open-water boats in summer, ice rigs come winter. The stories about the ones that got away get better every year.
Off-Road
ATV Trails
Crown land routes through mud, rock, and open terrain. New trails get mapped in the app, favourite routes get named by your crew. Rentals available on-site.
Base Camp
Remote Camps
Serviced camp sites spread on and around the property—fire pits, cast-iron grills, and cleared ground in spots you won't find on any public map. Reserve your camp through the app and it's set up before you arrive. This is where the crew regroups, the day gets replayed, and tomorrow's plan takes shape.
Survival
Bushcrafting
Fire by friction. Shelter from scratch. Water purification the hard way. Skills worth learning and worth passing on. Useful when the gear fails and the weather doesn't cooperate.
Trails
Hiking & Mountain Biking
Marked, GPS-mapped trails through the property and surrounding crown land. Cover ground on foot or two wheels between hunts, or make it the main event. New routes get logged in the app for the next crew.
Four Seasons. No Off-Season.
Spring
Ice-out walleye runs. First casts. Trail scouting before the green fills in.
Summer
Full weeks under canvas. Bass on the lake. Long fire-pit nights.
Autumn
Deer & waterfowl hunts. ATVs on colour-lit trails. Peak season.
Winter
Ice fishing. Bushcraft in the snow. Cabin time when the lake goes silent.

How It Works
Private by design. One Steward organizes. The crew shows up. That's it.
A Steward Steps Up
Every crew has one—the person who makes it happen. The Steward requests an invitation and sets things in motion.
Assembles the Crew
Invite your people. The crew gets a persistent, private space in the app—a year-round home for planning trips and splitting gear lists.
Gets Out There
Pick your week, coordinate provisions, reserve your spots. The app handles the logistics so the Steward can focus on getting the crew out.
Founding Members who form their crews early lock in 20% off the standard rate for their first season. Founding crews also receive priority access to week selection and site reservations. This window closes once the initial phase wraps—the crews who show up first get rewarded for it.
Pricing scales modestly with demand and the almanac. Off-peak weeks run at base rate (x1). Peak windows—fall hunting, prime fishing—carry a x1.5–2 multiplier tied to seasonal calendar data. Crews that plan ahead and book shoulder-season weeks get the best value.
Every week includes cabin access—sleeping quarters, kitchen, fire pit and grill, filtered water, solar power, satellite comms, and property maps. Serviced remote camps are reservable through the app. ATV, boat, and other equipment rentals, plus blind, stand, and gear reservations are available as add-ons. The app also helps your crew coordinate provisions and gear before arrival—so you spend less time sorting logistics and more time on the land.
Every trip runs with GPS-tracked trails, satellite emergency communication, first-aid provisions, and real-time weather monitoring. Stewards brief their crew on safety protocols before departure—the app surfaces conditions and checklists to make that easy. Off-grid, not off-plan.
Bring Your Crew
Grimsthorpe is private—there's no public sign-up. Request an invitation to set up your crew, lock in the Founding Member rate, and get early access to the app. No spam—just a signal when it's time.
